Maintenance and Development Assistant

Hours: 20 hours per week, ideally working 4 hours per day Monday to Friday

Based: Head office – Memorial House, Coalville, Leicestershire, with the opportunity to work from home 2/3 days per week as agreed with the Manager

Salary: £13,742.86 - £15,269.71 per annum (£24,050 -£26,722 per annum FTE)

The role

You will primarily be responsible for providing effective and efficient administrative support to the Maintenance & Contracts Manager and Midlands Rural Housing Maintenance and Development Services Team 

 

The ideal candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a busy office environment, with an attention to detail.  They must be committed to deliver the highest possible standards of customer service and have the ability to deal with a range of stressful situations  with tact and diplomacy.

Qualifications

Educated to GCSE level including Grade C Maths and English or equivalent.
